    Growing without nutrients

Neem works to deter the bugs from feeding on the plants, but only where you sprayed. If it rains, it isn't effective anymore. Captain Jack's will kill them when sprayed. You need to spray all surfaces. Underside of leaves, inside the middle section, etc. It can be tough to get everything, but...

    Growing without nutrients

Yes but you need to confirm what you've got first. I'm just taking a guess that you've got thrips based on the leaf damage. Hopefully not aphids or mites. Either way, you need to figure that out and target whatever bug it is. Most sprays should only be applied during veg. As soon as flowers...

HF = Happy frog He's saying you can just put more of the same soil in top and water it in. That will give you time to get something else for nutrients.

Make sure you tell them how you were planning on the delivery date being met otherwise you would've bought locally, etc. If you keep on them that they didn't meet their prime obligations and to "make it right" they should tell you to wait while they discuss with their supervisor and come back...

Every time that happens with prime delivery, I complain and get free months of prime. Sometime I order stuff to try and see if they can meet the delivery.

    Growing without nutrients

Soil is the battery when growing in dirt. The larger the battery, the longer the charge will last. If you were growing in 15 gallon pots, then it would probably last the whole run. Even then, it would need some amending here and there. Good luck!

    Struggling to keep up

How long have these plants been in the 3 gallon pots? You will need to top dress with dry amendments or start some fertilizer program soon. Even the best super soil will be spent by the time vegging is done in 3 gallon pots. Then repeat that top dressing regularly (depending on how the plant is...

Going to have to throw away flowering plants

Hermie traits is probably from poor genetics. FWIW, I heard you are more likely to get hermies with fem seed, but not entirely sure. It would make sense given how they are created.

Sitting at 12 weeks from flip. Will wait another week or two, as vacation has me away from the grow for a few days at a time and I want to make sure I'm around to monitor the dry/cure process. No sense rushing something that took 3 months to create and ruin the hard work!

    2, 3, or 4 in 4x4 tent

You need another veg space to grow perpetual. There is a great thread on the site that works everything out on how to achieve it, including plant counts and grow style etc. I would just grow 4 plants in a 4x4 and not try to go perpetual given the info provided.
