Always going to be more amber in the top part of the plant, and there is still white pistils which mean the lower growth is still maturing. I say another 3-4 weeks if you pulling all at once. Good luck and looks tasty.

You running 3 gallon pots? Some of those branches coming through net I would bend to the back slot and let other growth catch it, try and keep canopy as level as possible.

Def looks like you have lots of white pistils shooting in. I would wait another 2-3 weeks. And check again.
