Funny, it has a flap on the inside that is just not quite long enough, and its 2 part. One above and one below the zipper. Both are half an inch too short. I'm thinking about putting tape on one flap and folding it over so it won't expose any adhesive.

Thank you everyone, I think I found the problem. 2 of my duct socks were letting light out (light on at the moment) and that would equal light in during dark time. The room is pretty dark all the time but an open sock! I'm an idiot...

Agreed, I have about 10 grows under my belt but this in my first in almost 10 years. Led lights, new tents and different genetics. So many variables. I just hope those seeds from attitude come soon.
