put a drop of water on the unopened cotyledon & lets oak, that should allow the membrane to soften and open. If that doesn't work, soak it again and very gently tease it open with something like a toothpick.

Looks good. Flowering time varies (a lot). Count on 10 weeks. Just leave the lights on 12/12 & judge by looks & not the calendar. Water when the pots begin to feel light, don't let them dry out completely, a wilted plant in flower is a bad thing. Good luck

"The Claw" - too much N. 2nd grow...not bad. IMO - more light & no more blurples. Got a fan on them? A tomato cage might be an idea, your plants look a little spindly & might need support when those buds grow. Good luck
