ok im goin to keep trying 8 bulb and keep an eye on them. if i gave them 8 bulbs for say 50% of their 18 hours and 4 bulbs for the rest would that bother them?

i have a thermometer in with the plants in one of their pots right next to my sensor for envrnmt. controller and i get heat. with just four bulbs on it stays around 74-76 with exhaust fan on. 82 max w/ 8bulbs. so the heat difference has to be coming from the fixture/bulbs. but i have to raise...
