There is no cheap Lumen meter you would need do do some math to convert as Lumens is an angular metric of light and simple sensors are not capable to read this. Cheers Mark

Hey Rocket When I get back in to work next week I will get some readings and post them. this is only a 1.7mm square chip like Cree XQE so raw moles will likely be lower than XPE, but it is a much cheaper chip however so you can use more of them Cheers Mark

    The Ideal spectrum.

Yes, as I said the blending of phos and non phos leds does not typically give you a complete blended solution

    The Ideal spectrum.

Been messing with the concept as well first 5050 boards we build are 3000k 70 CRI with the Cree 660, the red certainly pulls on the spectrum dropping the total spectrum by nearly 300 Kelvin and does improve CRI and shows the SPD power of the red, but is difficult to get blended phos/non phos...

    cutter electronics anyone?

W sell the Eb strips adn they are good value but you need to remember these are fibreglass boards and once you start cranking the current your going to struggle to get the heat out of the leds, the moment you get into that situation all numbers around their efficacy quickly dissipate, thats why...

Cree ante up on Deep Red/ Far Red

Ok so the board I suggest does not need to have 15 leds, we can remove leds anywhere on the board and just drop jumpers in place of the leds, what do you need? Our SOLSKINS with a single line of deep red would have worked beautifully in this frame. Customer just won best flower Canncup under...

    660nm 680nm 690nm 700nm diode build

Hi Random yes your correct the XPL is recommended as the replacement for XML as it uses a slightly smaller cut down die of the XML that allows it to fit into the 3.5mm package, so same spec just the smaller footprint Cheers Mark
