    Nah the shed itself was directly in the sun so it raised the temp tremendously. Nothing to do with the LED. The set up is a shed with 2 tents inside, one flower and one veg. The shed itself was baking in the sun so I had to cool that down and as soon as I did the tents dropped accordingly.

    So I am taking your advice and moving away from Kind. I think I am going to go with the Platinum P4-XML2 for my 3x3 flowering tent and a VIPARSPECTRA Reflector Series V300 LED for veg tent.     Woyaboy I have been reading more and more about the Mars lights. I have heard good and bad things. Main bad review is that they loose lights after 6 months of use. If I am going to be paying 350 every 6 months it seems more logical to shell out more to start and get something that lasts years...

    What kind of ventilation are you running to get the light that close? I was hoping to not have to go any bigger than a 4" fan pulling air out and a small house fan with a screen pulling air in from the outside.

    Dang everywhere I have red says to keep them at least 30 inches away. Thats gnar that you have it at 12 after the first week! How many plants are you running under it? I was thinking about getting the Kind K3 600 a 3x3 room with 4 plants. Think it will work?

OliveDrabGreen are those your first LED that you just ordered or have you grown with Viparspectra before? If so what were your results like?
