Looked like if left to grow, i was going to have a nightmare. So.....one more final trim. Took advice from more experienced grower buddy and after looking at pics of a gg4 grow he'd done, i knew she needed to lose some weight.
Before.
She looks good. Growing fast, recovered from major chop. All the nodes growing off the main stems are looking stout and well. 3.5 months since transplant into final pot. Going to try to let her go vertical now. We'll see.
Agree! Only thing I would add, grew autos for two and a half years exclusively, is in my experience that they are sensitive to light burn. Good growing!
Well, I thought plant was looking great until i pulled it out to do some pre flower trimming. Plant was so stringy and stretched I could not see it doing well. I chopped the heck out of it over 3 days. A few days ago looks like it doesn't care much. Things aren't always how they seem...
Not liking the amount of fans I've had to trim, but gets jammed in spots. I feel i need to look 4 weeks ahead in my planning. Gonna grow here, gonna grow there, this one goes so this one can grow. I think she needs a fish foliar tonight.
Top dressed and cut a fan or two. Looking happy still. I've read where gg4s like a bit extra food, so want to stay just ahead of hunger (? I hope) i put a dab of cinnamon on every cut.
Looking happy. Living on fish emulsion. Is obvious to me it it's needing to be much wider to keep flat. May top lower laterals before flip so i can get longer main stem. I also would cut off one more set of nodes, they are way behind so far. She would be about 11" tall if straight.
