Same here, ordered 3/9 got them 3/16, 3 days faster than usual for Attitude.
I didn't get a free hat or shirt but they sent me some extra freebies, 3 from Dinafem, might gift those.
BUT... one of my selections was Nirvana Super Skunk, and they sent me Sensi Seeds Super Skunk. Not sure there...
Hey, I don't think Attitude has the time or means to test out every type of seeds they sell, there is no way they can do that. What I am saying is 95% time seeds do not pop is because of the grower.
Getting mad at a seed distributor for seeds not popping is worthless... Yes sometimes seed breeders might put out a bad batch of seeds once in a while, but to blame a distributor for seeds not germinating is basically accusing them of improperly storing the seeds or switching your seeds ordered...
Thanks dart420, I've never heard of root riot cubes but will google them later.
Devilspawn good one, I probably should sterilize the pro-mix, it's been sitting around a while.
elffroggo, Just sand for a medium? Does it stay moist well?
Thanks for the help all....:leaf:
Nope no pimples, the guy at the grow shop said he has seen the white fuzz before but didn't have a name for it. I have the meat mat off for now, may be too warm in the dome. I am going to try having the heat mat 15 minutes on 15 minutes off for a while.
I also need to find a new cloning medium...
Thanks for help! It is not spider mites, it is at the base of the clones stems only. I probably do need to do a clean up, got bleach!
Anybody got a suggestion for a different cloning grow medium?
I can't get a bubble cloner or make one right now. I have to figure out what is going on or a better way. I have some strains that may go extinct if I don't figure this out.
Last week I lost a few clones from some white spider web fuzzy stuff now today lost another that had a slimy stem and fell over. I have never had problems cloning before:-(
Are the two the same thing or caused by the same thing?
I use pro-mix as my soil medium in 3 inch peat cups with...
Worm castings are worm poop, if you look closely at the first pic you can read what this stuff is derived from. Natural and organic are not the same, worm castings organic, this stuff not so sure, but doesn't matter to some people.
If vertical space is tight go with the biggest containers you can, smaller containers seem to make my plants stretch more. Every time you dump a root ball out of the containers after harvest where do you see the roots? They are on the bottom and spread out...so...I'm thinking wider may be more...
Hmmm, it says natural on the package but didn't see organic. Still do not see a reason you can't use it. As far as worm poop goes I mix worm castings in with my pro-mix.
Hey, males will sometimes start to grow asymmetrical in veg, after about 6 weeks in veg pre-flowers may start.
I don't know what nutes the ocean forest has in it already but I don't think you will need nutes for a while.
As far as watering it is funny how something you think would be so simple...
I'd skip the miracle grow soil and get some pro-mix and worm castings, should be available wherever you get you fox farm nutes at. Fox farm is good stuff, the grow store should have a feeding schedule on paper or the FF web site.
Many times when I have started seeds of the same kind and one is way stockier than the others it turns out to be a male.
Not always but most of the time.
From pollination the seeds will need about 6 weeks to mature. I never do it at the first sets of white hairs, I wait until little buds are formed and I know I can give them at six weeks to mature.
I check my males closely and cut the top off the plant and put it in a glass of water away from...
Hey all, like the site, mellow and knowledgeable kind folks here.
I've been a hobby grower for 26 years except for the few years I was in the military, then I just smuggled hash:-P
Look forward to participating and learning on the forums.
