    Late harvesting woes...advice?

Yeah I was. Are we not very prone to that here? First grow.

    Late harvesting woes...advice?

So we’re still a ways out and as fall approaches in NorCal we now have a temp that goes well under the dew point (dew now occurring in the am). 75f highs and 52f lows with a dew point of 58f. How would one deal with this while still 4-6 weeks out? I’ve been putting them in the garage the past...

    Open Show & Tell 2018

I appreciate the info, this is my first grow and it’s why I joined the forum. I could have over estimated the age on the 12/12 schedule, it’s probably closer to 6-7 weeks (since I very first saw the pistils). So I’m definitely more than a week and a half in, I could be off by more than a few...

    Open Show & Tell 2018

Whoops I guess I could have been more specific; Planted 10 weeks ago, purchased when it was 2 weeks old, so its 12 weeks old total, 10 weeks on the 12/12 schedule.

Not bad for a 10 week clone planted late in the year. Chocolate hashberry.

    Airflow after transplant?

I saw those and thought they were a good idea, they look relatively inexpensive too, which is always nice, advice taken. Will do man!

    Airflow after transplant?

Definitely. I’m half tempted to just transplant the healthier girl into one of those black planters given the crappy drainage of these clay pots

    Airflow after transplant?

Thanks Joe, you’re always a big help man. Yeah even if I get a just a few bowls out of her, it’s better than letting the poor thing go to waste. Choco hashberry isn’t always too easy to come by. I’ll update again before harvest. Hopefully no more issues after this transplant.

    Airflow after transplant?

All the other girls are hydrated but I was a little skiddish on over hydrating after the transplant after seeing so many mistakes made both on this strain, and in general. I’ll do that thanks.

    Airflow after transplant?

Right, but I’m talking about airflow not lighting. I do appreciate the help though! I edited the original so it’s not misread.

    Airflow after transplant?

I hear mixed reviews on airflow after a transplant when your outdoor growing. We have no wind right now really, (maybe 2-3 mph) She was obviously planted late as a bit of an experiment, so I thought I’d get everyone else’s take. I just transplanted a few hours ago and am thinking a 12 with the...

    Fish scales in soil?

Heard this as a recommendation from my new brother in law. The question is, have you used, or even HEARD of fish scales being used early on in veg? Or any time for that matter? I almost feel like I’m being punked but he swears by it. Smells fishy to me. Pun intended. Love to hear what everyone...

    5% Humidity and 95f. Spray?

I don’t really have the space, time left, soil, etc. thanks though.

    5% Humidity and 95f. Spray?

Weather= always awesome Politics, fires, cost of living= awful. So it’s a trade off. Will take a look at some kelp, thanks man.

    5% Humidity and 95f. Spray?

And they’re heavy af! Going with smart pots and the 5gal plastic plastic orchard buckets with air holes next April. I’m glad I did this first grow beforehand.

    5% Humidity and 95f. Spray?

It’s flowering and a late start. I’m clearly a newb and this is my first grow, just came to the conclusion I wanted to give it a shot in mid-late August and get some experience for next season. should I just keep up with the big bloom? Extra water? Mist/spray here and there? Soil is FF ocean...

Will short fat plants still produce decent yields?

It is indeed a clone, I started too late for seeds. I figured I could use the experience as a first time grower for next season. As far as the soil goes, it’s fox farm ocean blend with some worm castings, peat moss, and perlite. All of which make up at least 1/4 of the blend, Fox Farm making up...

Will short fat plants still produce decent yields?

She’s only about 10 weeks, but I’ve noticed she was growing more out than tall. First real grow though, so I’m still newbing it up it terms of knowing what I’m looking at.

    Droopy leaves at night?

Update: Seemed to just be a nocturnal issue. For future chocolate hashberry growers, id say don’t let it bother you. They’ve been taking right off at 8am
