Seedlings do not require direct light or nutes.
I don't feed my girls until the cotyledons have started to yellow/shrivel, and I hold off direct light until she has first set of real leaves or stretches.

You're going to need much bigger pots. 10 gal minimum IMO, and extra large tomato cages
They'll probably stay "compacted" as they grow & you'll need to thin them occasionally.
Last years auto's filled 25gal pots.
