Another thing , whats your lighting ? i see an HPS right ? and another CFL over there i think ? .. if yes, get ride of the CFL .. they are not to hot but non the less they produce heat also , and they are doing nothing .. the hps is more than enought for plants that size.

First of all do you have as oscilating fan in there ? to mix the air ? if you dont .. go buy one its cheap and its really important... Another thing controling temps with bare bulb if outside your room the temps are also "high" its a bitch .. belive me i know AC would be the a big big help off...
