Hey Man! The Heat sink is the 4.9" profile. If you wanted some pin heatsinks, you could try Vitalys' extruded aluminum sinks. Hes got them on sale. So you could buy the sinks, light engines, and the lens array for 75$. You would just need individual fans for each one.

They are great lights, easy to use. The parts are all listed on thedankden.com taps, drill bits etc...
