I would never eat less than a eighth of shrooms. A half eighth only leaves you wishing you would have ate more. I am fairly big though... I don't know if body weight has anything to do with how much to eat. Im 230. Maybe if you are like 150 a eighth could be a lot. .... a lot of shrooms...
