since you are running co2 there really isn't a need to do air exchanges anywhere near as much as without it, so you should be fine leaving the fans off during the night time, as long as humidity levels are not rising too badly at night :)

depends on what you consider "average" conditions...if using a 600watt light over each plant, using a good hydroponics system, and vegged for 2-3 months, you can obtain a pound per plant :)

you will see little and very slow bud growth only using 3 CFL's over 3 plants...unless those are 150 real watt CFL's(not equivalent)...co2 won't really help you ;)

why do you need to use ph up or ph down on your soil? If its good prelimed soil to begin with you don't have to worry about ph...
