Has anyone used the 80w led desk top grow lamp from Amazon Great reviews. Has different lighting and dimmer settings. Ive just got one so going to try and see how it works. Thinking of low light blue setting for first frw days and then gradually increase the lighting as they grow. Any thoughts?

Cannaboom nutes in spain. Only just started giving them nutes as the soil i planted the seeds in is a proper cannabis seedling mix. As for the lights..i hav no dimmer..do you think 30inches is too close...was thinking they needed to be raised nearer the light? Any help or advice much appreciated...

Ive also bought some fancy smart pots from special queen seeds Any advice..never used before..done all the research though lol
