Is oil from an overfertilized plant bad for you?

That sucks! Did he do it just because he likes to experiment or because you guys prefer organic vs synthetic? I prefer to grow as organic as possible but I stick with already made organic fertilizers, gaia green for dry and OMRI listed fish fertilizers for liquid. I would suggest going that...

    Help with sexing please

It's been a week since I took the first set of pictures above. It's now looking more like a female, lots of pistils and the main colas are beginning to flower but I'm still wondering about a few areas... are these just swollen calyxes and the pistils haven't emerged yet? Or a little bit of a...

Yeah, I don't blame you. Much easier to control the growing environment lol. I've only done indoor but might plant some autos outside just for the heck of it

    LED vs HID

@Jjgrow420 @calvin.m16 @Severed Tongue Thank you guys I appreciate the info. Taking all that into consideration I'm going to stick with my HID fixtures, and honestly I prefer the heat they give off, I live in northern BC where temperatures are already dropping close to 0 C at night, and I grow...

    LED vs HID

I'm currently running 600W MH & HPS as I already had the equipment from my previous grows, but I'm thinking about adding onto my room so I can have a dedicated flowering room and can begin my next crop while the other one is finishing. I have 2 HID fixtures, so I could use one in each room, but...

    Trichomes, clear vs amber

Milky is what I aim for as well. I don't know the science either, but I can live with milky/cloudy as it's in between lol. And as long as the buds visually look ready to me as well

    Northern British Columbia

Anyone here from northern BC? Have you had success growing outdoors? It's such a short growing season up here, when do you start? And do you begin indoors or in a greenhouse? Thinking I may try a few outdoors next season...

    Trichomes, clear vs amber

I know many on here don't like to use trichomes as an indicator anymore, I myself do still look at them when judging harvest time, but also take into consideration how the buds naturally look, swollen, etc. Anyway, I see a lot of people telling others to wait until half are amber etc... Jorge...

I just harvested my white widow, 1st time drying and curing

Do not throw this stuff out, it will be perfectly fine. Lot's of rude comments in here trying to make you feel dumb for harvesting early, when all that needed to be said was "looks early to me, next time give it a few more weeks". Here are some good threads to read about harvesting and curing...

    Help with sexing please

Sounds good, I will keep a close eye on her and will post more pics if I see any clusters. Will they still cluster if it's a hermaphrodite? Or is that only full on males? Thanks again

    Help with sexing please

All the photos are of the same plant, the other plants are different strains and are for sure female. Just this one green crack plant is hard to tell... Especially because of the couple pistils. Hermaphrodite possibly? Will keep a close eye on her...
