i grow LED as well, what size light are you using. I have never tried dwc so can’t speak on that. I have had the best results in promix so far.

If you are using cfls you need them very close to the canopy

Thank you. I am on a well so no city water. My water is 8.2 ph 125 ppm and between 40-80 ppm alkalinity. I’m thinking I don’t need to use ph down. Would you agree?

Is the meter you use a soil probe? I just tested today with a pool test strip kit, it measures total alkalinity. The colours are pretty distinct but it is only approximate.

That is what i have been doing. Ive been following that exact schedule and ignoring the rest. But the bottle schedule which says its for no additional supplements is very high. Ive had good results with following the chart and ignoring supplements. Just trying to dial it in better.

They do not have feeding schedules without the use of multiple supplements. I’m talking about using just the 3 part formula

Just checked half strength bloom nutes at 430 ppm. With no ph down, ph went to 6.6 and alkalinity did not change much. Is it safe to say I don’t need ph down?

So I use flora micro grow bloom. I still have to test alkalinity of my nutrient solution. But if it’s quite high I guess it would benefit from some ph down correct?

Wow great information, thank you. Did you end up using ph down for successful crops or did you use your water as is. A promix representative told me optimal medium ph is 5.6 to 6.2. Did your soil ph climb far past 6.2 and were you using a soil ph probe or testing runoff water?

Hi how do you correct ph of the medium. The promix representatives say you cannot change the ph of the medium with ph up or down?

I’d like to know what people’s feeding schedules are like for gh flora micro grow bloom, with no other supplements. The instructions on the bottle seem very high for a 1.5ft to 2 ft plant in a 3 gallon pot. Trying to dial in feeding. Thanks

Thank you, that is what’s most likely going on, I got quite a bit of run off each time so I thought I’d be ok. A lot of people on here say they feed every iragation, so was confused on what I should do. I’ll start implementing only once a week feedings. Thanks

Here are a few I’m having issues with, not sure if I’m under feeding or ph problems

In mid bloom growing in 3 gallon pots I use flora 3 part micro grow bloom, I am feeding 4 ml micro 1 ml grow and 6 ml bloom per gallon around 500 ppm phd to 6.0. I am feeding every 3 days in a feed feed plain water schedule
