That's a tough one. Depends on method of smoking and size of dabs. If it were me I would grind up the bud and make oil to get the best yield possible, but I'm an oil freak as well and don't smoke flowers hardly at all. But with the woman involved I would do partial, happy wife, happy life :)

Worst case you can always put it back in... just cover with parchment to keep clean

Why do you do that if it's going into a vac, your adding more moisture to remove it in the vac after.... the only people I know doing this do so because they don't have a vac.

Ya I'm finding some strains want to be pulled out earlier and finished at room temp for 1 - 2 days. Well at least with a big old 2 oz party... smaller might take less.

Yes there is a couple on the site, but your creating much more hydro carbons with this method as well as oxidizing it. Much better product with a vacuum purge.

Ok well the xj started waxing a teeny bit in the center so pulled it out and letting it sit. Definitely stabilized overnight some... the chocolope oil came out neon orange... mmmm mmm can't wait to try! Pics of the xj tonight.

I don't have my griddle setup yet so it hasn't been going the whole time. Yeah it's very orangey Amber, got friggin ripped on it last night. Probably the strongest I've ever made or smoked. Don't worry will def make the woman take some awesome pics of it before I give it to the club ;)

Seems low... did you grind up or lightly chop? I was actually packing my tubes to tight when I was getting low yields a couple times.

Alright it is on mofos!!! :) Have a 5 cfm pump on the way to use with my big chamber and a smaller chamber on the way to use with my smaller pump. Getting a griddle and reptile sand after work. This xj shatter should be ready in the next day, expect some fucking awesome pics ;)
