No. You're gonna need more light. don't waste your money on CFL. Get a cheap HID. You don't need the reflector... hang the bulb vertically and organize the plants around it. They will want to lean towards the bulb so you'll have to keep them pulled back somehow

Yes. So in the end PH meter is HM Digital PH-80. The water I start with is 74 ppm and 7.05 PH and it goes down to 6.1 after adding nutes. I put it down to ph 5.5 because I reckon it'll buffer out with the already upped PH in the rez. Besides this ph 5.5 is what most hydro growers use in flower...

I'd suggest to tone it down to just one 600 light and do the autos in soil. It's a steep learning curve as it is with first-time-everything and next time you're gonna kill it :D just my opinion.
