Started from seed July 10th. Picture was taken Aug 28th. The seeds are mine that I have been breeding since the late 1980s. This plant is from a batch of seeds from the mid 1990s. It was a test to see if they where still viable.

With the end of outdoor growing approaching I bought a 4x4 tent and the FC 4800 would look great in it. My last outdoor plant that I started from seed July 10th. It is an heirloom plant from the late 1980s that I have been growing from seeds I have been breeding for over thirty years.

@ViparSpectra Grower This is great. I am looking for enough LEDs to fill a 4x4 Tent. The P4000 looks ok for the length but doesnt look like it is wide enough to have a even coverage on the outside edges. Would multiple smaller light provide a more even coverage for the whole area?

With seeds I always start them in a solo cup with happy frog. When it is time to transplant I move to a 1 gallon conatiner with 70% Happy frog and 30% amended soil recipe. Then they go to a three gallon with a 40% happy frog 60% soil recipe then the finale potting is in a seven gallon with 100%...

What soil are you using? I always use a starter soil like Happy frog. After they are rooted good and ready for the full size pot I then use a full strength soil like subcools soil recipe.

If you can, move it away from those rocks. The rocks soak up a lot of heat making it hotter close to them. Place the greenhouse where you get airflow all around it.

You need a flow of air in and out of the tent. The plants will quickly use up the available CO2 in the immediate area. You also do not want mold spores hanging out in your tent. When you get big ole thick colas without airflow you are asking for bud rot.

I cut after the fourth node. Im not that experienced with topping so wait on someone who is to chime in. I like to low stress train my plants by tying it down to the lip of the pot and warp it around the outside.

The SFS4000 is 450w and the sf1000 are 100 watts. That gives you 650w of light for 25 square feet. You want at least 30w of LED per square foot. Those lights will give you only 26w per square foot. Another SFS4000 would give you 36 watts per square foot and a much better harvest.

Thats the big problem with basement growing the central air/heating system.

AC Infinity make solid fans. For filters look into Phat or Phresh carbon filters. They both have 2 inches of carbon unlike the cheaper Amazon filters with 1.5 to 1.8 inches of carbon.
