Don't sweat the light, it will cause no harm. There's so much light pollution in my neighborhood that from the inside of my hoop house it looks like there's constantly a full moon shining on it. The only issue I've noticed was one strain taking a little longer to start flowering. But it grew...

There's nothing to worry about. In my experience it's not ever been feed related. It's always been caused by light intensity, heat or just the genetics of the plant. Just don't let the foxtailing keep you from harvesting when the majority of the plant is ready. Good luck friend!

Make a small pvc and poly, hoop house, with a small extraction fan, then cover them in the cold nights. They'll be fine. If it gets too cold, too fast, get some sterno cans and put one inside. Well, that or some other small heater. I had to run a propane salamander in my hoop house last season...
