10L is 2.5 Gallons. So it would be like 7ml of Coco A * 2.5 = 17.5ml per 10 L of water. The Measurement is each so in that example if I were you I'd add 17.5Ml Coco A, 17.5ml Coco B, 40ml Rhizotonic, Etc... Dont ever measure the runoff it's pointless and tells you nothing.
