If you don't mind running 8 COB's in that space, you could do the 8 CXB3070's with an HLG-185H-700A. 200 watts in that space is a bit over kill. But, fuck it. Confirm with the experts.

I just went through this myself. Ended up with 4 Vero 29's with and HLG 120. Less parts than the Vero 18's. Better spread than 2 COB's. I can't find CXB3590's anyway. Only Mouser for $88.
