There's 2 very good reasons to use smaller 7.5 - 10 gal pots to grow smaller 5' plants - Keeps them under fence-height with nosy neighbors, AND allows a single smoker family to grow 3 different strains without spending DAYS manicuring buds that will just get old and eventually thrown away...

LouisB - are the all the same seeds, or different varieties? If they're different, some may take 8 weeks while others can take 12 weeks even though they're in the same grow environment. Based on the white hairs, I'd say you have another 2 - 4 weeks on these.

GroErr - As long as you have fat, white straight hairs, you can ignore the trich color under magnification. I'd guess 3 - 4 weeks BUT you should send a new pic before harvesting in about 3 weeks.

Have you been to a local cannabis dispensary to smell and sample the competition? Is a 'legal' state close enough for you to go do some scratching and sniffing? Without smell-o-vision, it's hard for us to determine what smell your friends might be smelling. Maybe you need new friends...

The buds will most likely get moist again when they go in the tubs, don't forget to take them out and separate them to prevent mold. The first 2 to 3 days, it's not a bad idea to dump them into paper bags to be sure you don't trap too much moisture in the tubs. Better safe than sorry.
