    Storing clones/cuttings.

Hmm.. yea.. maybe I should just focus on slowing them down. Good point. I don't know why I've come to believe that fridge method is good.

    Storing clones/cuttings.

I'm 6 days in 12/12 and I'm about to take cuttings for the next grow. I couldn't yet imagine myself starting to veg new plants as old ones would be still flowering. I could find a room for them to veg, but I'm worried they might get too big too early for me. Understand?

    Storing clones/cuttings.

So basically no need for the fridge? Just put stems in RO water and they will survive? I would need to keep them like this for at least 2 weeks.. Cos I'm not ready to start vegging plants yet. I want to be able to leave them aside until I have time to start a next grow.

    Storing clones/cuttings.

Few questions. I've come to understand that cuttings can be kept refrigerated for 2-3 weeks without complications. Would light in the fridge help them out a bit? What if I don't have room in the fridge? Can they be kept like that in room temps and for how long? I'm interested in the canning...

Can I use pond water to water plants?

Nice technique. If I'd have more time I'd try it out, but we have quite cheap filters in the shop that could be easily mounted to pipes. Those filters go with 20-30 bucks for sediment and another 20-30 bucks for bigger bacteria. I'd use one or both of these as pre-filters. After that I'd mount...

Do clones need nutes besides rooting gel?

Sorry, just a simple question I had trouble finding an answer to. People doesn't say anything about soaking cubes in nute soup. Do you only need rooting gel?

Water temp is 14C (57F). How much is too low?

Nice discussion. I get the feeling that 55F is about the safest minimum without causing harm.

A dog in a growroom. Bad idea?

I have probably more hair than she does. I mean.. she sometimes just really gets lonely in the other room and really wants to be near. 90% of the time I tell her to go away because I've heard dogs can be a pest carrier.

A dog in a growroom. Bad idea?

Yea.. mine is well behaved fortunately, but I'm more interested about pests.

A dog in a growroom. Bad idea?

Does anyone know? Should dogs be kept out of the growroom? Could they carry some dangerous pests on them?

Water temp is 14C (57F). How much is too low?

My feeding water is 14C (57F). It makes me wonder how low is too low for watering plants without causing stress? It's coco.

Should it be 5ml of calcium and 5ml of magnesium or should it be 10ml of both? I want to get same PPM with Canna Mono calcium and magnesium as which I'd get with General Organics Calmag.
