Jake plays Nice (MNS genetics only)

Blueberry Walkabout pheno: This girl is phenomenal. Looks to finish in under 8 weeks and the smell is strong strong strong. The blueberry aroma she is putting out is overpowering the other 12 plants in flower easily. Very happy with this jem I found in the Walkabout pack.

Jake plays Nice (MNS genetics only)

I will add that I start counting flower period after the plant has started the actual flowering process. Usually a week or two in the 12/12 room before I put it on the calander.

Out of 8 I had 3 males. Not too bad. It varies so much though. I've planted 4 and gotten 3 males before as well so it really is a crap shoot in my book.

Two Springs dispensaries busted for using pesticides.

Scary shit man. Scary indeed. OMRI listed or it doesn't go near any of my plants. Even the sun flowers :)

    Pro harvesting/trimming

Pretty close to the coast? I'd bet that you would do fine trimming most of the big leaves and leaving bud(sugar) leaves on while the plant dries. Ultimately you want the buds to dry as slowly as possible. You will have to experiment until you get it right for your drying location. First...

    Pro harvesting/trimming

Steakfingers- the technique you should use depends on your location and it's environment. I've found that if I strip anything off the plant it will dry too fast. But, that's out on the dry dusty plains. In Mississippi i bet wet trim is the only option. How's your humidity?

Jake plays Nice (MNS genetics only)

Howdy farmers. Ive been around a while, Don't post too much. Lately I have gotten away from the big name poly hybrids and have found an appreciation for the old school genetics. Naturally, I found my way to Mr Nice Seedbank and Research. I am now stocked up with a good stash( critical mass...

So they went Super Saiyan this morning...

What grow medium? If soil: get the bath tub ready because you need to flush the salts out. Seems like a nute lockout to me... How often are you feeding? Jake

Needing help with my clones, having struggles.

It seems to me that you are spraying too much. When I am rooting cuttings I spray the dome and keep water in the tray for the first week. After the 7 day period most have rooted, so, I allow the cutting tray to dry out over the next day. Usually by then the rest have rooted as well. Too much...

    how to get funkier buds...?

I've learned that in low humidity environments a wet trim kills the smell. The last 4 harvests I've had have been dry trim which SUCKS and is a lot of work, but sooooo worth it. And yeah, let the plant mature. Lots of chemical profiles develop and change in those last few days.... My 2$/ Jake

    Flower now or Wait?

I generally work MH in at the beginning only but others use MH at the last stage of flower as it provides a spectrum associated with resin production. There is a lot of debate on the subject... Good luck, and keep up the good work! Jake

Also, desert grow gave you gold there.. 2 weeks of 12/12 under a metal halide would make your life a lot easier

    Flower now or Wait?

I don't think you need to pull any of them. Now you just work the plants to grow vertically. Your dream of an awesome lst canopy is done for this run. Now you need to train them as tall bushes, not round/flat bushes. I will echo others, those things are going to fill every inch of that tents...

    digital dimmable

Hmm. In my mind I was thinking dimmable meant the selectable watt equipped ballast. Not the 100%,75%,50% deal. Mine has 340, 400, 600, super lumens. I run the lamp appropriate for the setting. Ie 400w lamp on the 400 or 340 setting. 600 for the 600 and SL. The 1000watt experiment was just...

    digital dimmable

I run my 600watt dimmable ballast with just about anything. Will even fire a 1000w lamp on the super lumens setting. I have not had any lamps burn out prematurely. It keeps em lit until the 14 month mark when I swap out old for new. I also use my dimmable as my flowering back up in case one of...

    Flower now or Wait?

They are ready to flip. Keep training them to ensure they don't choke each other out for light while the stretch phase is in effect. High heat in flowering is no good, the plant will survive but the buds will not be top quality. With you being in the south you should also consider heat and...

First Grow - yellowing too early?

Looks good to me! MAYBE a little extra Nitrogen next time when you transition, but it boils down to strain, size, climate etc and nitrogen toxicity comes easily... Plenty of foliage left to keep the girls energized until they finish. I wouldn't sweat it at all. Keep up the good work. Stay...
