Yep. Make sure that the COBs spread there light as good as possible. 4 COBs would be better for spacing... 60x75cm for 4 plants maximum? 4 COBs gives each plant its own cob. Why not 4 COBs at 40 watts?

30 watts of CXB3590 for every 30x30cm (900cm2) is fine. For 60x75cm 150 watts is perfect. That makes a fine grow light that is not extremely overpowered.

Is that rpi stable enough? I did several projects with the pi and most of the time the pi freezes after a few weeks. It looks nice.
