Kind LED posted this comparison of all the major LED lights. I've been wanting to get my hands on a K5 after my results with the K3. What do you guys think? I would guess the results are legit, because anyone could reproduce this test.

The Kind XL1000 comes out to $2.60/watt if you use the actual wattage. That's with a 3 year warranty.

Do you have any pics of a grow under a DIY LED? I would like to see that. Do they incorporate UV and IR? An LED doesn't seem like an easy thing to build right unless you have electrical and horticultural experience.

I don't have any experience with other brands, but I'm loving my Kind LEDs. They have their new K5 series 750 and 1000w equivalent lights that I wish I had the space to try.

I am currently running two cabinets about that same size 2x4x6 I don't do 12/12 from seed but check out my threads or if you want to know my approach.

I agree vitamin. The original plan was to do 15 plants in that cabinet, but 7 of my clones just weren't up to snuff, they didn't establish well.
