Well they dont seem to be to old. So yeah dont have it on a high speed if its directly on. But after a while it will be ok, it will strengthen the stems and everything will be good. Goodluck with ya grow.

I see you are using an aerogarden. They wont really be able to hold that many plants 1 to 2. The 1 gallon res isnt big enough for the Root Ball. And for lighting yeah you should be ok, i would invest in hps light if you could. If not oh well. and for the ventilation i would get a fan in there...

Do NOT do the one hour of light during dark period. You will more then likely end up with a hermaphrodite. And You can harvest it. The buds wont be as big though. Also post some pictures of it up so we can see and help you out a little better.
