The ground is not connected to anything on the driver side. (visible on first pic) I had the ground connected to plug on 2 of the lights, but didn't bother on the one in the photos.

Also, I didn't mention this.. After opening the back, I saw that the ground wire is not connected to anything.. could this make a difference if fixed (if it can be fixed)?

Well, with the back all of the way off and the driver exposed... there is no change. Will blink off for 1-2 seconds every 25 seconds after being on for a few minutes. Hard to believe the build of these is such crap for $100. Not sure if it is even worth it to ship back to china, unless they...
