They have opened shipments of our filters that we have sent international too. Nothing is safe in the eyes of Customs. I have ordered stuff from other countries and never had them opened and inspected, so learning about customs inspections and why they do it has been new for me.

That sounds like a plan. Hopefully one you remove the initial air bubbles the whole system will maintain pressure and keep any other bubbles from forming. Good luck with the test !
