Interesting. I read someplace that there's a degradation of light with lenses, but not with reflectors. I suspect it depends on the quality of the lens. Since I'm running the cheaper 3050's with less lumens would I benefit from using these lenses or is it just a waste of time?

I have a question for Supra, Capt Morgan and here......I've noticed that all of you run your COB's "bare" without lenses or reflectors. Now I'm not all that savvy about photons and such, but with the 115 degree spread with these COB's it would seem to me directing a more focused light spread...
