For me they needed to be transplanted a while ago...I guess it depends on your grow style, I try to achieve maximum growth potential, but if that's not your goal you can grow a healthy plant full term in a solo cup if that's what you desire to do.

@Alienwidow here is two of my vegging plants, do you think either one needs a transplant?

There's no way to ensure a healthy yield, but there's definitely products that can help...Big bud, Overdrive and Bud factor X from Advanced Nutrients are good ones.

Bk is most likely right, she is ready for transplant immediately...I had this exact problem a couple of grows ago and I thought ok I've only been in solo cups for a couple of weeks so it couldn't be root bound right, low and behold it was...I transplanted and shit went right back to normal.

From the looks of it she's been horribly underfed, bump up your nutrients you should at least be at 500ppm.

If you've seen roots coming out the drainage holes for a week it's definitely time to transplant for best growth rates.

Smh instead of cutting off all of your fan leaves you should have just lollipoped/pruned your plant of all that lower bullshit...This was previously suggested to you in a different thread you made about when to trim...Hopefully it works out for you.

I use a 600w mh for veg and I keep it about 30in above the plants, and in flowering about 20in above and get nice dense growth...Pics 17 days from seed.

Looking at the size of your plants I would suggest against pruning anything at the moment...Wait until your flowering for about two weeks and then decide if your going to do some pruning and or lollipopping or if you even need it at all. *Edit..I see that your growing autos so I would say any...

Thanks...Ended up with 3 and a half plants, had 4 in total drop the carbon scrubber on one of them and broke her in half so I usually took her out the scene when it was time for pictures.

Currently day 36 flowering letting her go 70 days in total.
