Idk if it's common but some males can put out pollen under veg lighting if they go too long without being put in flower. I've seen it happen once myself but idk if the pollen was viable or not.

I've had problems with the rapid rooters not having enough resistance to knock the shell of the seed off. I've went back to straight seed starter soil because of this. Some shells are pretty hard to get off and you end up killing it.

I'm sure those cutter strips will work well. I'll tell you from my experience the white LEDs work best with a room temp between 83 and 86 degrees, if it gets below 80 I get that purple striping on the stems.

From my experience cmh and white led grew pretty close to the same, both don't particularly like cold temperatures. I noticed my buds were fluffier with the cmh though and that's why I switched to led, good product yes but I couldn't stand the big fluffy buds. Yield stayed the same between both...
