I stopped my 'soil' capping into Perlite when I found a few Hempys hadn't rooted into the Perl. I probably could have discovered/resolved the issue with a bit of thought and effort but it was easier to work with something easier. Ive not tried the silica's additives or 'piranha'. .. hope the...

A few tubs look better than others but all-in-all my grow is not working very efficient. I have lots of unused space under the lights and should have 60 more Hempys running. ... now I'm feeling on full-charge I'll sort it out.

I mainly skived off today when I should have been tending to my sickly plants ......ah, mañana. Instead I chilled out at the garden-center, feeding the ducks and buying regular plants.

The important thing is to remember (with this method), is to keep the clone really humid using a dome. Because the plant cannot take water in through the roots it is important to minimize or stop 'transpiration' through the leaves. Bare this in mind and a good cutting should root.

Grodan 1cm mini cubes are available at some stores. Chopping up RW cubes also works great and is basically what the mapito I buy is...... + about 20% Coir chunks.

It was'nt the 'perfect' run. I have found the nutrient 'sweetspot' with this GDP. I'm not sure if its my skill or the GDP genetics, I suspect its the later. Its very very dense bud so it weighs more than most. On that run I missed a couple of 'light' days due to me installing the new reflector...
