Yeah try throwing a bunch of cfls at it on 18/6 and those bud sites might uncurl and branch out, and by the way that plant looked hilarious, like a little palm tree

You might be able to pop that top bud off and go 18/6 and try to re veg, but if you're keeping 12/12 I wouldn't re-pot, it would possibly stunt it or slow whatever growth it has

I don't know if you're math is correct but a 200w led that actually uses 220w according to the manufacturer doesn't mean it uses 440w, it just uses 220. And as far as an Antarctic grow, not really the room that the box is in is kept around 68 and the box has two exhaust fans pulling the air...
