Did your wiener shrink at all?

Have you ever used a cheap ass pencil and went back to a Dixon Ticonderoga #2? And thought why did I bother with that cheap ass pencil. Granted it worked, it got the job done, it just sucked doing it.

It's in a 5gal smart pot. Probably will veg out another month. It's really starting to explode. The bottom half of the pot is a supersoil I got from local shop seems to be doing the job. But I think I'll be enjoying the coco when I get this perpetual motion going.

I'm typically pretty impatient but I realize with this you just can't. And when you start to build your manifold and the plant really starts growing you'll be happy :bigjoint:

And those ladies can be in those solo cups for weeks in coco the roots get to breath way more than soil.

Looking good dudes! When I topped my first plant I waited till its 5th node had just sprouted and cut above the 3rd, waited a day thenTrimmed everything underneath. Keep in mind this early stage is about establishing those strong roots. Topping soon after the 3rd has grown your roots probably...

Alot of contributing factors, the first would be the actual wattage from the wall, spectrum, quantity/quality of LED used. I almost bought a cheap LED, then I spent about an hour researching the LED forum here and changed my mind.

From what I've read with coco your basically flushing everytime you use plain water and it's not really helpful.

Well you did say in what universe. I'm pretty sure with the LEDs heat being dissipated by the heatsink VS. The HPS. It's going to result it a cooler area in a heads up contest but I have no idea for 250 vs 150

Why not just return the light and go from scratch? And tasty uses hlg185-1400, 1750,2100 if I remember correctly. What's your budget?

250w LED @60% eff would put off 100w of heat. 150w HPS @ 30% eff would put off 105w of heat

Do you feel like if they grew 2-3 times in size you could accommodate them in your space properly?
