rule of thumb is 3 times taller than when you started flower. if your plants are 1 foot tall they'll be 3. I also use a 6.5x6.5x6.5 tent. pinch the tops over and go with it

if I may throw my 2 cents in, taking them outside and bringing them back in isn't such a good idea. this is how you get bugs in an indoor grow. learned from my mistakes after sitting a plant outside for the sunlight. I transferred mites back to my tent, effectively ruining a whole crop.

im with ya. I couldn't kill my own animals either.my dog and cats wouldn't be very filling anyway. obviously I have no problems growing food. but im from the mountains of west Virginia originally. we hunted growing up. deer is good. squirrels not so good. no enough meat on them to waste a bullet.

I build pools for a living man. ive seen it 100 thousand times. water has calcium. city water has higher calcium. I haven't seen your particular hydroton,but ive been using it for as long as I can remember. calcium build up or salt build up will do it. do you add water over your hydroton?

the way it works is like this. if they fly over your house and notice its has a hot spot or whatever as long as its contained inside your house they cant use it. if you are venting air outside your house they can use it because its now public property not inside the house. and that depends on...
