is it your first run with this hydro system? 2 pumps in a bucket will probably add too much heat to the water. Water sprinkling to the roots isn't necessary. If you got a big enough air pump you don't need anything else to recirculate the water. Keep it simple, DWC rocks with just an air stone

You can just finish this grow with what you have available and save some money for a better light, you can't afford any light with your budget
