Dehydration, stress, neck/shoulder tension and lack of sleep are my triggers. My typical cure is aspirin, caffeine (tea, whatever) & meditation. I meditate for an hour or two, typically end up falling asleep and wake up symptom free. Not even the lingering physical & emotional aftereffects.
