Yes, that light s awesome for a 4x4. If you buy a pre-made kit It is wired in series, or the DIY kit version from HLG or KINDLED,etc they typically do not send you a constant voltage driver so you would want to wire it up in series.

Bulb or LED? I think 600w LED is good for 4x4, 750-800w for 5x5. My 4 qb288s are on a slate 6 which is long and narrow. I could easily add a second one to my 5x5

I love wiring in series. It's so much safer than risking a runaway especially since I make my own lights. My wife would have a shit fit if I burned our house down.

I have a DIY HLG 550, yep 480h-c2100B. I promise it's not enough for my 5x5. I was thinking about adding a second one and someone on the quantam board thread told me today that if I went with more than what I have I would have to use CO2. Stay high, lol.

You think that 480W (max) in a 5 x 5 is too much light?

Nigerian Sunshine BMR leaner hit with NS pollen for F2's. She is at day 63 and is beginning to foxtail a little. I'll let her go another week or more to make sure all of her seeds ripen. I hit a few other strains with the NS pollen too.

You'd have to ping Gas and ask about his RKS, but yes, it is road kill skunk.

I think that I have seen people saying a lot of good things about Bliss and Blue Orca Haze. I just popped 8 seeds of BOH but only 3 of them have surfaced and the other sprouts rotted in my moist peat-based LOS. I should have let them get a little longer and stronger.
