    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

Gotch. Is this why the soil seems a little resistant to respond to the Ph’d water? It always seems to react minimally and slower than my last grow which was soil with synthetic nutes.

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

You’ve told me before…. Maybe next time I will listen. You say water from here on…. Would you attempt to remove the recent top dress and replace with a little FFOF? Or am I being extra again?

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

Hey, for the knowledge…. Why do you advise stopping adjusting PH?

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

Hey, I did a TBSP of each, seabird and bat guano. The bat guano being 7-3-1. The top dress was scraped into the top 1 inch of the soil. Removing it would require putting down a layer of FF ocean forest.

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

We prefer not to drink it. Based on my wife’s direction, we do not drink it. I guess I figured if we won’t drink it the plants shouldn’t. I was thinking out loud as to if I could do a slurry test to see if the EC/TDS is way too high. And yes I adjust the water to an appropriate PH range. I...

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

I’ve heard of ppl doing soil swirly’s in the past to get PH measurements. Could I do that to check the TDS/EC? Maybe that would tell me if the soil is too loaded? I’m using distilled because I’ve read/heard that chlorinated water and unknown minerals may be bad for organic soil. Also the water I...

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

One small note to add, budz…. Based off any grow journals I can find for the same strain/breeder the flowers appear to be right on schedule. The interference you are referring to…. Are you suggesting the health of the plant now indicates interference is taking place so plants aren’t getting...

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

Bat guano is the down to earth 7-3-1, and seabird guano is also down to earth 0-11-0

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

The replies are a huge help. Maybe we have a combo… soil a little too hot AND low on potassium. As @weedstoner420 pointed out, I have tried to keep my top dressings, and teas to a 1/2 strength or less. Still not denying there could be too much going on. I’m learning. Maybe being a little too...

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

Hey Swed…. I think you suggested this before and time will tell if you were right. My gut is telling me it is a deficiency…. We will see. I wanted to ask in case further research sways me back to feeling it is in fact a hot soil issue. What is my quickest way to remedy? I assume it would be...

    Concerning - potassium deficiency?

Hey. I did think nute burn at first but I’m leaning away from that. I am inexperienced with organically though. It’s the yellowing in the inside of the leaves and the way this starts as a darker tip/edge and then turns yellow that concerns me with potassium. They also did not stretch nearly as...

    Help with potassium deficiency??

Hey, was hoping to get some help/input here. Bubba Kush, week 3ish, all organic, just put a top dress down which was lower in nitrogen and higher in p and k (guano, kelp, alfalfa, castings epsom). Also just did a compost tea to kickstart things. Over the past 4-5 days I’ve noticed something...

Possible nute deficiency OR light stress

@swedsteven @Reap911 Yo, Swed…. The drying out of the soil a bit helped. And Reap, but still been keepin’ that top layer moist. Curiosity killed the cat though, and I did feed them a 25% strength alfalfa sprout tea late this week; but they LOVED IT. Now I’m addressing my flower top dress plan...

Possible nute deficiency OR light stress

I’ve kind taken my own approach to this. I check with my finger and if that top layer of castings is drying, I mist. Thanks for the help and reassurances.

Possible nute deficiency OR light stress

Thanks for the help. Any need to even use the sprouts tea? Or best to just water until the browning stops?

Possible nute deficiency OR light stress

Thought I may try again to get an answer/help here. I tried a kelp foliar feed this am. Does it look like potassium is low? overall health I think still looks good except for the browning/yellowing of leaf tips/edges @Reap911

Nute def or normal late flower yellowing?

Was your soil good and fed before??? I know as I’ve learned tea isn’t as much of a feed as it is sort of activating all the good stuff that feeds roots the nutrients that are in the soil. Tried any foliars? Hope you get it worked out.

Possible nute deficiency OR light stress

Is this browning/yellowing much to worry about? ***edit: I’m referring specifically to the leaf tips. Some of the discoloration is there from an earlier, primarily, calcium deficiency*** Seems to be popping up mainly on leaves closest to where the fan oscillates. Or where the fan leaves rub...
