Best light coverage for 10x5x6 tent

What do u mean exactly by “suspending it”? How would I do that? I mean my heatsinks are only 1” wide, so driver would only be in contact with an inch at each end of the driver. I can also point a clip fan towards it to keeps temps down?

Need help with wiring up new strips

The positive side is right there and the negative would reach as well so I guess I’ll just do that. Is it ok to do what I asked tho, use my extra thermal tape on the wagis and driver and put them on top?

Need help with wiring up new strips

I was thinking of splitting the black protective coating and run positive to one side and negative to the other side and use some of the thermal tape I have left over and use it to hold the driver and Wagos in place on top of the fixture, would that be ok? Thanks bud!

Need help with wiring up new strips

I noticed in the example that the negative wire is quite longer than the positive which is not the case with the wires coming out of the driver. I would like to have the Wagos for the Negatives going down one side of the frame and Wagos for the Positives going down the other side like in this...

Need help with wiring up new strips

So I drew out a diagram on paper so I could try to visualize it better and how I'm looking at it is I'm gonna need 8 Wagos per fixture, is that correct? 1 that the driver + goes into and use that Wago for the first 2 strips, then another one for each of the next 3 rows of strips which equals 4...

Need help with wiring up new strips

Thanks, Ill do that then. I think I know how I’m gonna do it now lol and should look pretty clean with wagos on top along the frame. Im using extrusion and ill just use a small piece of thermal tape to hold the Wagos as that shit is sticky as hell

Need help with wiring up new strips

Thats what I was thinking. Would running a piece wire along the top of the heatsink to the other end to connect the 2nd light strip be too long? It would be close to 45” long. Im not runnung single strips, Im running 2 per heatsink

Need help with wiring up new strips

No I thought I had 16 but I was wrong and I do have 18 and tried but maybe cause I didn’t strip the wire yet and its a tight ass fit. I did look up those Wago 2065 connectors and they’re rated for 18-24 awg so I should be good once I strip the wire
