    Dyna Gro Foliage Pro

Thanks for the feedback. Only other thing I can think of is the ports where the humidifier pumps in humid air are right next to the plant with the issue.

    Dyna Gro Foliage Pro

Medium is FFOF cut with perlite. PH is usually around 6.5 which gave me great success in a prior grow. I have a full grow journal with my feeding schedule depending on what info you need. The basics are 1/4 tsp FP every watering. with around 1/4 tsp Protekt, but I abandoned that for trying 1/2...

    Dyna Gro Foliage Pro

Are there any downsides to the epsom? I'm running just 1/4 tsp FP and seeing definite cal or mag deficiency in one of my plants. Check out the plant at the top of the pic. The rest are recovering from me trying 1/2 tsp of FP which was WAY too much nitrogen. What effect does epsom have on the PH...

Does DG FP lack sufficient calcium?

So far in veg, DG FP has been working well. It is SUPER potent, especially in Nitrogen. A 1/2 tsp I'm FFOF had created some extremely dark green leaves within a week. I've since tailored it back to 1/4 tsp/gal at around 6.5 PH. I did use a bit of Protekt, but I stopped due to it cranking the PH...

Dyna Gro FP feeding schedule for soil?

Will there be any signs of overfeeding besides the obvious salt crust and hardening of the soil? I've always done plain water feedings between nutrients but every feeding would be much simpler which is a big part of switching to the one part formula. Feeding charts from DG can be a bit confusing...

Dyna Gro FP feeding schedule for soil?

I was originally using Protekt as a regular nutrient, but as you said it raised the PH so much that I wound up switching to use it in small amounts purely as a PH buffer and a replacement for using PH up period. I run a PH of around 6.3-6.5. The nutrient feed is 1/2 tsp FP which is around 490...

Dyna Gro FP feeding schedule for soil?

I found the Flora trio would get a salt crust build up, sometimes even with plain water feedings in-between. I plan to switch to DWC after this grow, but I'd like to have one last decent soil grow before I make the switch. Hoping to learn the ropes with Dyna Gro before I make the switch though...

Dyna Gro FP feeding schedule for soil?

Here is what I'm working with currently. They sprouted November 9th. The left has me a bit concerned about the conflicting issues people on here have with calmag and DG, but then again I've had the same brown spotting issues no matter what nutrients I use in FFOF seems like. I'm doing nutrients...

Dyna Gro FP feeding schedule for soil?

I'm using FFOF in 5 gallon smart pots with Dyna Gro FP, but a lot of the info I'm finding here is for hydro setups. Does anyone have a successful soil feeding schedule for Dyna Gro FP? Do you alternate plain water feedings with nutrient feedings or can you run DG feedings every couple of days...

Phos Def? Everything is within range; need fresh eyes to help

You just layer them on top of the soil? What makes it such a game changer? I just want to understand better as lack of knowledge is a real plant killer.

Phos Def? Everything is within range; need fresh eyes to help

As someone who has already sank a lot into my grow, what one product would you suggest? The amount of different products is insane and the flora trio is as far as I've gone with adding products to the soil.

Phos Def? Everything is within range; need fresh eyes to help

Thanks for the reply! I hadn't been watering to runoff, so I theorized the salt build up was causing the crust and causing lockout. Lo and behold, I use 2 gallons instead of the normal 1 gallon and I get enough runoff to require the wet vac. 24 hrs later and the leaves were perky and praying...
