The results you are wanting are based more on genetics and growers skill than nutrients though. And then you have to not ruin it when you dry.

You can top dress with dry organic amendments if you want organic but you could have just made a “ super soil” and then just water, no nutes the entire grow. There is all kind of cool stuff with home made supercharged fermentation based things you can do. Or sprouted grain tea, full of growth...

if You are all in for re-veg then remove flowers. I will be corrected if this advice is incorrect. My speculative reasons for removal are- redirect plant energy and developed flowers can rot.

If you are sure it is not an auto flower, then it should reveg eventually with longer days. I’ve heard to pick the flowers off though for various reasons. It should reveg, then reflower in the fall.
