Weed Porn-Lets see your current grow

Got in total: 3 Frisian Ducks (The purple ones, there's one behind in the ground too) 1 Frisian Dew (The big girl in the middle) 1 Early Skunk (Behind in the ground as well) Can not recommend the Frisian Ducks, they're pretty but they're very hard to please, based on my experience.

    How close to harvest?

Thanks for confirming. I already removed it. Not taking any chances. Shame. The bud smelled great.

    How close to harvest?

I spoke too soon. Inspected today. This looks like budrot, right?

    Thrips(?) late in flower

Gotcha, I'll lay off spraying them. And thanks! I'm surprised the Duck made it this far (The purple one) - It has dropped a lot of leaves and I still haven't figured out why.

    How close to harvest?

I have not, both strains are supposed to be very resistant, so I hope that's true. I will keep it going then and keep my eyes peeled. Thanks for the info

    How close to harvest?

According to Seedfinder, I should be close to harvest in my climate. But based on my eye, I'm like a month from harvest. I have a thrips issue, so I don't know if I can wait a month with harvesting, also it's cold and rainy and windy and.. moist. So, open to opinions! (It's a Frisian Duck...

    Thrips(?) late in flower

All my plants are suffering from Thrips, correct me if I'm wrong. Should I do anything about it, or am I too close to the end? I have insecticidal soap / Potassium salts of fatty acids, that I could spray. Thoughts? I'm not American so I don't have access to Dr Green or Dr Zymes, spinosad, etc...

2024 outdoor show an tell anything an everything outdoor is welcome.

All my plants are showing what I assume are signs of thrips. I've dealt with thrips many times and to me, they look like thrip bites. Anyhow, they're in flower and I just wanted some confirmation that it's okay to spray them with insecticidal soap, or should I go a different route, or let it...

Grow journal - Outdoors 2024 - Frisian Dew, Frisian Duck, Sweet Tooth Auto, Early Skunk

Big update, many pictures, since it's been a while. All plants (Except the Sweet Tooth auto, RIP) are doing great. The Ducks are still showing deficiency, but somehow the buds themselves look healthy'ish. The Dew is showing a tad deficiency too but I'd expect it at this point, cold, wet...

Are organic nutrients better for cannabis plants compared to synthetic ones? Why or why not?

I prefer organic nutrients because it's harder to burn your plants with them and you don't have to worry about salt buildups. You can grow great weed with both though.

Grow journal - Outdoors 2024 - Frisian Dew, Frisian Duck, Sweet Tooth Auto, Early Skunk

I suspect the Sweet Tooth Auto Bonsai might still be suffering from bud rot, not entirely sure though... I cut it down and threw it all out. I'm not going to try to salvage 10g of bud among all the rot. After cutting it down I gave it a serious shake and a big fat caterpillar fell out as...

    First Grow 2x2x4 Tent

They look perfectly happy and very healthy. A little tip, look at your cotyledons, those two smallest weird-looking leaves at the bottom of your stem. When those start turning yellow, it's time to start adding nutrients. When your plant needs nutrients, it will start cannibalizing its own...

    First Grow 2x2x4 Tent

Yes, it does, but LST is still better IMO, then you can control the height more.

    First Grow 2x2x4 Tent

I wouldn't top an autoflower. You will have to Google it to see the opinions on it. But everyone agrees that low-stress training is a good thing to do. Just look up low-stress training, and do it. :) It will keep your plants short and bushy. Just need some wire to die down the plant

    First Grow 2x2x4 Tent

Looks fine so far. What's the metal pole in one of the pots? Also, you're getting close to the time where you could consider low-stress training if you want shorter bushier plants. Might be worth thinking about nutrients soon as well. The pots are pretty small, but it will work. The plants will...

So Biden has just dropped out of the 2024 race

It's factual. Trump gave tax breaks to the rich while screwing over the middle class and the poor. He fumbled the Covid response. He left a mess to clean up. That's without even considering all the other shit he did, like trying to claim election fraud, fake electors, pressuring state...

Going on a trip so won't be able to post for a bit, just a couple of quick ones of the Duck and the Dew.

Gotcha, then I got something to look forward to. I heard the Frisian Ducks are pretty average though, but Frisian Dew should be some good shit.

Dew is looking fine thanks! Just not as interesting as the Duck, but it seems to also be turning a tiny bit purple, just not nearly as much. What do you think? Green or purple pheno? I did hear that green pheno was better before. :)
