I like to make sure everything is clean. Sterile as possible, are you using sink water or filtered water? Also do you add hydrogen peroxide to water. I think 1 to 8 parts, helps with seed schell and adds oxygen.. Heat pad have controller to set at 80 deg ? If not pad runs hot 24/7
