Are you kidding me? My buds have absolutely no PM on them. Why don't you come see in person. If your in oregon omg you found a fan leave with a spot of pm. Yes mites pop up so does PM that's why I have a 1200 dollar sprayer to have some PM germinate on some fan leaves and to treat it early on...

No its a steel metal building it would get framed and eletrical ran then insulated im not sure my contractor would be the one doing all that im not a builder.
