Drowning the plant in water gets that result. Might be even worse nitrogen burn. How do i know? Drowning plants was my first mistake.

Had a fungus gnat infestation last year on my grow. "big infestation" Plants were in flowering. I did use neem oil while my plants were growing but couldn't completely exterminate them. They came back, had to use panty ho"s on each plant to trap the gnats then drown them. Used LOTS OF CINNAMON...

Don't use neem oil while your plant is in flower. Only if you want neem flavor weed.

Next time use bear spray on the weeds man. Tell him to go hermie . XD

Could be a strain issue. If the others a doing fine.

Add some protein powder. It will grow muscles!

Make your own seeds, problem solved. If you want other strains look for bartering with other people. I had the same shitty problem. My seedlings stayed little for three freaking months! Was a great learning curve. Good luck.

Well i took another look on the pictures posted earlier. Seems to me your close to harvest. Personally i wouldn't add scrog anymore.
